Streets of Rome and Other Stories
recenti. Apertura al pubblico: 29 novembre 2012 – 10 febbraio 2013.
Streets of Rome and Other Stories is the first large solo-exhibition in an Italian public museum dedicated to Jimmie Durham, celebrating the career of one of the most recognized and established artists in the international scene. The exhibition, consisting of installations, drawings and videos realized by the artist over the last decade, particularly reflects on his intimate and special relationship with Rome – where Durham lived from 2007 to 2012. The large work the artist has conceived specifically for the Museum reinforces the link with the city, while dialoguing with his most recent works. Open to the public: November 29, 2012 – February 10, 2013.
